Woof'n Rose Winery participates in numerous wine tasting events, many of which benefit charitable orgnizations. Donations include wine for tasting at the events as well as auction and raffle gifts. These events and other promotional events provide opportunites to showcase Woof'n Rose wines and in some cases an opportunity for wine purchases.

This where we normally post our calendar, but there are currently no additional events scheduled for 2010; please check back regularly as some events come up with very short notice, and we will be starting to schedule 2011 events in the near future. In the meantime following are some of our event highlights from 2010.
Benefit for the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum in Campo. The museum reconstructs and rebuilds vintage railway equipment as well as operating train excursions in the area. Several San Diego County wineries donated wine and poured with San Diego chefs.
'Taste of the Nation' benefit for the hungry held at the Hotel Del Coronado. Woof'n rose along with several other Ramona wineries and numerous San Diego restaurants donated wine and food for this event.
A car sponsered in part by Woof'n Rose Winery at the annual Burn Institute Demolition Derby, this year held at the San Diego County Fair.
Several San Dieo County wineries poured their wares at Petunia and Pommegranite Nursery, a promotional tasting event in conjunction with The Vine Restaurant and Wine Bar in Alpine.
The Julian Chamber of Commerce annual 'Grapestomp' held at Menghini Winery provides another opportunity to showcase ours and other San Diego wines, and benefit the Chamber.
'Forks and Corks' benfitting the Poway Unified School District Foundation hosted by Lifestyles in Focus gave numerous local businesses and wineries an opportunity to contribute.
In addition Woof'n Rose Wines have been donated for pouring or auction gifts at the San Diego Humane Society 'Fur Ball', Kiwanis Club of Alpine 'Vintage Alpine', Escondido Rotary 'Coeur de Cuisine', Bonsal Rotary 'Wine, Brews, and Blues Festival', Vista Optimist Foundation and Tri-City Hospital Foundation 'Summer Fest', San Diego Boys and Girls Club 'Rhythm and Vines', Friends of County Animal Shelters 'FOCAS Wine Fest', Escondido Humane Society 'Tails at Twilight', Intermountain Volunteer Fire and Rescue Auxillary 'Fly Me To The Moon', Julian Historical Society 'Wine, Cheese, and More', Ramona Trails Association 'Spurs, Spokes, and Sneakers', various events supporting San Diego County Vintners Association, and events benefiting Breast Cancer research.
